My spec:

mini PC with intel i5 1135G7 tigerlake (Iris Xe), 16GB ram, SSD

Operating system: Kubuntu 26.04 (Linux)

Viewer: Firestorm Linux Latest Version: 7.2.3 (80036)

The problem:

I download the package "Firestorm Release 7.2.3.80036 AVX2 64 bit Linux.tar.xz", extract the files, and then run the execute script as the wiki said.

Everything fine, running better and faster than running under Windows 11, BUT ONLY the first time logging in. Then logged off, return and loggin again, the scene and avatar loading around 15 to 30 seconds and Crash!

Tried many times, still crash within the initial 30 seconds; Finally i just delete the whole setting folder (a hidden fold ".firestorm_x64" under the "home" folder), and it return to normal again.......... and sure the crash still occured after that first login of a fresh start. I have no insight about what is going on, I check with the command "ldd", i don't miss any libraries.

Anyone know how to fix this? Now i need to delete the setting folder, set those prefence everytime when logging in ☹️

In Bazzite, Edge is operating good, while missing the autoscroll function(press mouse middle button and move up and down through the web page). I search on the web, someone tell a change of the edge://flags can enable this. But I can't even find the item, there is only "smooth scroll" parameter.

I don't want to use extentions for that, because of security reason. Anyone know how to make it work? Thank

Hi all, recently i am trying the Fedora Linux operating system, but still can't figure out how to proceed with SL. May i ask if Firestorm can run on Fedora Linux? Anyone have the experience and willing to share?
