Strap with end link adaptability

I have a combat sub and would like to know if anyone had a rubber strap that allows for the end links to be attached? I think that creates a clean look. I have seen some made for brands like Seiko, wondering if anyone has done something like this for Glycine (20mm lug width)

Finally decided to go through with the purchase and get my first Glycine and most expensive watch (at the moment). Super happy with the size and feel. Sorry to my Seiko DressKX as it might get some less wrist time.
