I REALLY want a Chiaki plush from Youtooz but it's my first time ordering anything from it, and we usually do cash on delivery which from what I could see, Youtooz doesn't do that

I'm also from the Philippines, so I'm scared of buying anything abroad, and of any extra charges that are put onto it. I've seen posts on late delivery and stuff like that, so my parents are hesitant to buy it in case wasting so much money.
