Here’s my timeline:
- 03/05/2026 – H-4 and H-4 EAD transferred to another office
- 03/10/2026 – USCIS issued a photo RFE for my H-4 EAD
- 03/11/2026 – H-4 approved
- 03/23/2026 – Completed ASC photo appointment
- 03/27/2026 – USCIS updated my case to show that they received my response to the RFE
- Current status – H-4 EAD still pending
