H1b + h4+ h4 EAD bundled premium processing. on March end 2026. Only h1b approved. H4 and H4 EAD receipt numbers show case transferred to different office jurisdiction. And for H4 EAD I got an ASC biometrics notice today. Scheduled for May 15 2026. I saw many people in Reddit say H4 got approved immediately after H1B is approved and they did biometrics and in 1 month they got EAD as well. In my case why my h4 is still to case move to different jurisdiction? Any idea? Anyone on same boat?

is there anyone who filed h4 and h4 ead with H1B premium processing. h1 got approved but h4 and h4 ead transferred to new location. H4 didn’t approve after h1 approval. biometric appointment completed for h4 ead and both cases approved later after biometric.

I am worried as I see so many h4 gets approved after h1 but in my cases both are still transferred and biometric completed.

any idea someone went through same and got the approval notice for h4 and h4 ead both after completing biometric. how much time it took after biometric to approve.

Hi, my h4 and ead expires in Oct 11. My husbands employer is filing a bundled h1b h4,ead renewal.

We are currently 5 months out, little slow not started LCA.
For those who filed recently. 1. how long did the h4 and ead take to get approved? 2. How long before your expiration date did your attorney’s actually file the packet?

Am worried already we are little behind filing.
