I don't know how to deal with this breakup. It's extremely hard to deal with and it feels like beyond my ability to cope with it emotionally.

It's hard to stop thinking about it and I have intense anxiety.

Therapy isn't really helping much.

Has anyone tried any medication and has it helped?
