$45 credit incorrectly added back to balance
Posting publicly per instructions:
Hi again, I’m trying to resolve a $45 billing error. I received a $45 adjustment on April 1, but it appears to have been incorrectly processed as a disputed charge and then incorrectly added back to my bill. I contacted support via chat after seeing the note that it would be added back, and the agent assured me that the $45 credit actually would be permanent and confirmed that my current bill would remain $46.55. However, my account now shows $91.55 due, which appears to include the $45 incorrectly added back. Please remove the $45 and restore the balance to $46.55. Thank you.

Unfortunately my side is missing from the transcripts (??), but in the last chat I did clarify that the $45 credit would be permanent and the agent responded “right.” I made sure he understood which credit I was referring to — the $45 credit from April 1, not the $100 credit that XfinityRichardK from this Reddit processed on April 18.
