Burning out

37f, 5’3, weight fluctuates between 140-145. Been vegetarian since I was 11 and vegan since college. Been going to group fitness classes similar to CrossFit ~3x a week since august, now that it’s nice outside switched to doing running (couch to 5k) 3x a week, swimming once a week, yoga or Pilates 1-2x a week, and power lifting once a week on a run day. Giving myself 1-2 full rest days a week. Also attempting to get 10k steps a day. I’m averaging about 1800 calories a day, and getting about 100g protein in there. The thing is, I’m exhausted. I must be getting stronger, but I don’t feel it. I feel like the more I do, the harder it gets and the weaker I feel. I take vitamins b12, d, iron, and a thyroid medication. I also take creatine with my coffee in the mornings. Any thoughts or words of wisdom? I’m feeling really motivated to get stronger and faster but I’m also burning out at the same time.

Is this schedule too much? I’m trying to get variety of other activities in along with learning to run but I don’t want to overdo it. I also know core exercises and strength training and stretching are all good for running, so it’s tricky to find balance. I’m currently doing a 12-week version of C25K in a group and on week 5. Would it make more sense to overlap some of these activities on the same day for full rest days?

Monday: yoga class
Tuesday: couch to 5k
Wednesday: 30 min swim
Thursday: couch to 5k
Friday: pilates class
Saturday: couch to 5k then powerlifting class
Sunday: rest

I’m on week 4 and really struggling with my form. I just feel like I’m pounding my body into the ground and getting exhausted quicker than I should. People give me tips for my form and I understand them logically but I can’t seem to actually apply anything to my body. It’s just not clicking. I’m worried this is going to lead to an injury. Any tips on things to do outside of the run/walk intervals to increase coordination/body awareness/spatial awareness/form?
