Parging asbestos concern?

Hey everyone
I’m just wondering if I should be concerned about mowing lawns on properties that have exterior parging on the foundation? Some of the houses are 1950-1970 and I’ve noticed some cracking and pieces missing in the parging… should I be concerned?

Does anyone know how to tell what year your lawn mower was built ? I have a husqvarna push mower and the serial number starts with 0328
Does that mean it was made in 2003? Please help!
