I have asked support (zendesk email) a week ago how to change the email on my account, because I lost access to the old domain email. Every time I go to change the email, it tries to send a code to the old email. The DNS on that email does not even resolve any more.

The best I got was some link sent to me which just directed me to sign in again with my old email (hint: same problem, code to email)

How can I get some support to change the email on my account? I've been a paying subscriber for almost 10 years!
