I used to seriously play cricket till Covid (before college) and till 3rd year of college after a long break in Covid.

Wasn't very fit from the start, in terms of the components on fitness (Strength, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Endurance) apart from Endurance. Had one of the poorest physiques among fellow players till 2019. Trained hard in Covid and till college but couldn't manage working out with internship and then job.

Aim is to not be bulky or to be like a bodybuilder. Wanting to be the best in all the components of fitness and physique will definitely be good as a byproduct. Started training for it only a few months back though, due to being busy at work.

Would love constructive criticism, feedback and suggestions. I know I need to add a bit more muscles, that's in progress too.
