So i put my wrong birthday into my fortnite account, because of that i am not able to make uefn maps,publish them nor get a creator code. I have acces to my "parent/guardian" email, i try to send a request like the following one:
"My account currently has an incorrect date of birth listed as December 23, 2010. However, my actual date of birth is December 23, 2001.
Because of this error, I have been unable to create UEFN maps or obtain a creator code. I kindly request that my date of birth be corrected to reflect my real birthday (December 23, 2001).
I would greatly appreciate it if this request could be reviewed and approved."
And then epic games support just rejects it? This support is horrendous, even the confirmation emails take 7-8 hours to come to my email address, I would like to know if this is doable or if I should just give up with this bad support.
(btw NO articles help me, and I cant even get into contact with a real human being)
