Hi everyone😁🥰🤩
Newbie here and also using Mira tracker. I just want to know what is your routine to get the most reliable data out of the Mira Tracker. I was not using the FMU because I was tought not to use it for LH, but as I seen other comments, people seems to use FMU. I was trying to make the test around the same period of the day like 11:00 am. Is this gonna be as acurate as FMU? ⏰
Also I’d like to know if you still use LH strips to detect ovulation cause the wands are pretty expensive and dont want to test twice a day? 😊
Lastly, I want to know if you follow the recommandation of the app for testing? I’m wondering because I started testing during my period like the app suggested, but I dont know if this would really help me to learn something about my cycle and also considering the price of the wands?
Im 32yo, TTC, have a cycle of about 31-32 days. I was once told I had PCOS but I have pretty much no symptoms of it and had 2 previous pregnancy in 2018 and 2021, no problem getting pregnant, it happened naturally. 🤰👶
Usually detecting my LH surge on strips aroud CD 21-22. When should I start testing in my cycle? What are your tips and tricks.
Thanks so much for your help. 😁❤️
