I’ve been on 75mg for 4months started at 37.5mg for 3months, recently I started having morning anxiety again but goes away once I’m up and going on with my day.I take my pill right when get up then have my coffee, just wondering if increasing to 112.5mg would help get that extra anxiety gone lol. In general I’ve felt good but have noticed since been on this med I’ve been more tired and wondering if increase would help w that as well?
