Best schools for partying, social culture and a good balance with academics?

I'm an IB student, I have a 3.9 gpa and schools that likely offer good scholarships. I want to major somewhere in business and I really want to have a good college experinece, as my high school experience has been very shitty and I'm a very social person who likes to have a good time and make connections and I also want a sense of community as my school has never really felt like it and lacked a lot of school spirit, here is a drafted list of colleges that I'm thinking of, also I want to mostly stay on either of the coasts but Im still down to consider given its a good school. lmk if yall got any recs

  • USC
  • Boston College
  • Dartmouth
  • UCLA
  • UC Berkley
  • UW Seattle
  • Northeastern Boston
  • UMass
  • IU Kelley
  • UCSD
  • Penn State
  • U Miami
