2004 Chevy Trailblazer LS break line, replacing front passenger. Disconnect everything then this screw/bolt decided to break off. Had the idea to just spin the whole line around to remove it but then I thought maybe I shouldn’t? Idk, I don’t have a drill or anything like that so I’m kinda just lost. I need some advice, I need this car to be running very soon.

I need to change my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer LS 4WD serpentine belt and I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. This is my first car and I can’t take it to the mechanic nor could I afford to even if I could move the car. I need to get to it barely road safe to get to a family friends place like an hour away and to do that, I need to change the belt.

The thing went up in smoke yesterday after I drove home with like three dash lights flashing at me. I had no other choice though and after I park, white smoking starting coming out. Next day I look at it and see the shreds of the belt everywhere.

Bought a new belt, jack, jack stands, but I couldn’t get my hands of a tension kit or something like that, how do I get it on without it? I have like zero tools but I can bike to the store to spend like 50 bucks on simple tools to get the job done.
