I’ve been selling on Poshmark, Depop, eBay, and Mercari for three months. I recently got back on social media and thought I would go ahead and cross list there as well because it is an option on the cross listing app I use, FLYP.
My question is has anyone had any success with this? It doesn’t take me but tenish more seconds to go ahead and cross list to Facebook but I only want to do shipping because I’m not trying to meet people so I’m not sure if it’s even worth my time. I sell clothing in the 15-35 range mostly which from what I can tell is more than a lot of the Facebook prices are.
I swapped labels on 2 packages, 1 depop and 1 eBay. I’m working on getting it sorted out but the disappointment!! Like how did I mess that up is crazy. I tried sending one buy a new label to send to the other buyer but operator error I didn’t open my Google Drive access to her and I think she was kind of over it so I asked if she would just return to me and then I would refund and ship out the correct item at my cost to her when I receive her order back - assuming I do.
I haven’t heard from buyer 2 but I did proactively reach out. 🤞Wish me luck. Luckily they were both lower cost items so if I just eat the cost, it will be fine, but I don’t want my customer satisfaction to go down, I feel so bad about the situation. Honestly I hope I just get the items back and they get their refund and I will spend 12 bucks to ship them their correct items. 🙏
