I booked my Himalayan 450kaza brown on 09/03/2026 and the ap showed the delivery date of 06/04, then it changed to 02/04 to 27/04 to 04/05 to 18/05 and today it changed to 25/05.
i tried calling RE customer care but all they say is we have escalated your matter and cant give any other information and when i call my dealership about this they give standard reply that once the chasis is issue we can track, till then we dont know anything and cant do anything. When i booked the bike the showroom told me 1.5 to 2 months of waiting and now its taking almost 3 months. What should i do? is there any way to escalate this matter?
