Nuna Rava vs Britax Poplar
I’m starting to do research on a convertible seat for my 6 month old. We have the Joie mint and I LOVE it and he loves it too. We need 2 seats, so I was thinking I will for sure be getting the Joie Matcha spin. The second seat(which I’m thinking will be in my car) I’m still torn on. I drive a Toyota corolla hatch so need something compact front to back. I have found the Rava on sale right now near me, and the price is pretty comparable to the Poplar. My main concern is the design of the Rava, and if it makes it more difficult in a smaller vehicle getting a baby/toddler in and out with the higher sides. For the poplar I’ve seen that in some cars the install is not as compact as the Rava can be. The belt release can also be hard to get to. And I really don’t like that the shoulder pads aren’t removable for cleaning.
Anyone have experience with both seats and any input?
