I am pretty new to Depop so just looking for some advice.
I bought a shirt off this seller and the shipping was free during checkout. The seller requested I send money for shipping via etransfer. That sounded sketchy to me so I just asked for my money back. The issue is that the seller will only give me a partial refund as they say they lost money when I chose to checkout the purchase. I’ve never heard of this, is this real?

(I made a previous post about this today but thought I’d make a new one with these new messages. I genuinely won’t continue with the dispute if she’s correct, my gut is just telling me something is off. I also want to know for future Depop purchases)
