Hello! My partner and I recently purchased a rancher and would like to change out the pink carpeting and old tiles that it came with. We want to do everywhere except the bathrooms. We have two kids and a dog.

I’ve come across two floors I like but I’m not sure if the brand difference justifies buying the more expensive one.

Both are 12mm (no underlay) and an AC4 rating. Both are water resistant. The Fuzion has beveled edges though which I like, but am worried about chipping.

Aquafix- Symphony Series- Rhapsody $3.71/sqft

Open to other suggestions! We’re in Canada. Unfortunately can’t afford hardwood. Our budget is under $4/sqft. Thanks!
