Sharp edge on tile stair and three different tiles showing at a door- how do I explain/who do I get to fix this?

I’ve gone into flooring places that sell tile and they kind of just shrug their shoulders. I’ve asked about if they know how to find a compatible “bull nose” tile so we can have a rounded edge for the step but again, seems I am not speaking to the right people.
