Decided last minute that I actually did want to save money an get a roommate. My lease is up May 10th so a short term sublease or finding a 1 year lease with someone/ a few people would be ideal! Open to June 1st Move in as well as currently planning on couch surfing for May assuming I cant find anything
Fast facts about me are that I am 25 year old queer male currently in Bushwick. My budget is flexible but ideally would not spend more than $2500 per month. I really want my own bathroom so willing to pay more there on the lease for that if its an option! I went to boarding school since I was little so I have had a lot of types of roommates and am still friends with them all. I am admittedly a bit of a night owl but know how to sneak in a place late at night and be respectful of others! Would love to be friends with my roommates as well 😄 I am pretty big into working out, keep superr busy during the week, and a big Samantha.
