Extremely painful 3 weeks post banding. Is rectogesic okay for hemorrhoids

3 weeks ago i had 4 internals banded the first week was great and i could go toilet for the first time without pain. However during week 2 i had a dry stool that was easy to pass but felt like it tore me up inside.

Now im having daily pain with every bowel movement. I had to leave early from work due to the pain. I went to the doctor and they said they saw nothing wrong but there could be something deep inside. The prescibed me lidocaine 5% to use 30 mins before going toilet buy due to the pain my anus is so tight i could only apply it outside.

My surgeon follow up appointment is in 3 weeks and im not sure how im going to cope. The stools also have a hard tip slightly despite drinking 3.2 litres everyday and miralax 17 grams. Taking sitz bath with salt 2 times a day. Getting fiber. I started today applying vaseline and could feel the sharp pain when applying it inside the anus.

I have some rectogesic that i used for a fissure but not sure if its okay for internal hemorroids. I feel like i just need the anus to relax to increase blood flow.

So i had banding done for 4 internal hemorroid about 12 days ago. Unfortunately i did not know trapped gas from lentils was going to be an issue and had to strain 7 hours after the banding on the toilet to have a small bowel movement and let the gas come out. Im worried that straining so soon after the banding might have dislodged it.

Are there any signs that a band might have come off too soon? I had minor drops of blood on the toilet paper the next day.

35 years old. I’ve had issues with food getting stuck deep in this gum area for a long time and several appointments with the dentist told me not to worry out. 5 years ago a fish bone 5 years ago caused it massive pain and swelling which needed to be removed by a dentist.

A month i had food pressed hard again this gap and caused gum soreness. The dentist check and said it was gum impaction. Was advised salt water gargle and flossing.

The issue went away after that appointment and came back 2 weeks ago. Tried flossing yesterday but was scared by the amount of blood. I have a waterpik i haven’t used in a long time so i might give that a go.

For the past two days ive avoided all chewing with my left side. Avoiding smoothies because it’s hard to keep debris away from my left teeth. The pain in the last 2 days seems to have gone down but worried by what looks like gun inflammation.
