Survived my first ever 7 days yet I still feel like I’m so far away from being strong enough to survive.

So I brought the game a week ago.

Got some advice from this sub and proceeded to play more.

Last night I finally hit day 7 10pm.

Found a house that I set up in with a lot of wooden spike traps (the route upstairs felt good and long enough to put lots down)

None made it through!

But now I feel the grind begins, I feel significantly under powered. Walked into a hospital and got brutalised down stairs by these jumping zombies and fast zombies.

Does it get better faster?

Am I missing a trick when it comes to beginning the gear up stage?

I plan to build a horde house next.

Looking to gain some more insight on maybe what to do next

What are my options - poor WiFi signal in bedroom upstairs (1 floor above)

Hi all.

Composting this on behalf of someone, UK based.

There WiFi box is in the kitchen (no idea why!?!)

And the bedroom is the floor above at the back of the house.

How are they able to improve their signal there or even extend it other than trying to run a cable through the house//stairs//walls.

Thanks

Hi all

So the game has been on my wish list for ages and I finally purchased it.

Started my first world and was doing ok, until I ate a sandwich which gave me the 💩💩💨. This is where the struggle started.

Because now I have no water or food and trying to keep stamina up just to dig//mine or fight is a huge issue. Found loads of murky water (can’t drink that or I get the 💩💩💨 again) thought great maybe I can make clean water to drink. Need loads of tools I have no access to.

Anyway I ended up dying to a zombie near the trader so respawned and got all my shit back but the struggle for water and food is real.

What is the best advice for me to be able to survive with lots of water and food.
What’s your go to route at this stage (just hit day 3)

I just want to be able to have a stable flow of food and water but unsure what to do fully yet.

Any advice is greatly welcome!

Thanks
