I’m new to DIY woodworking and I’m building my tool collection gradually, based on my needs.

I already own a Makita DSP600Z track saw (2×18V), but I’m considering adding a smaller circular saw for certain tasks, especially for furniture work using custom jigs, similar to that "Japanese guy" demonstrate on YouTube.

My question is:
Is a track saw sufficient for all precision work, or does it make sense to complement it with a smaller saw?

Specifically, would a 125 mm circular saw provide better control, ease of use, and accuracy when working with jigs, compared to a heavier (~5 kg) track saw? or maybe a mitre saw? or I just need to accept and get a table saw? (I lack of space on my place)

I’ve noticed that many Japanese woodworkers use models like the Makita HS474D but I know that one only sells on Japan.
Which would be more suitable for my use case? I'm on the 18v ecosystem.

I currently live in Brazil, even tho availability is limited here, I’m open to importing if necessary, even with additional taxes. (most of imports comes from USA and maybe Canada?)

Thanks alot in advance!
