So, I have a computer (Asus tuf dash f15 model) That I've had for about 6 years. I've never had any issues with it, but suddenly it's been having this weird horizontal artifacting. sometimes the screen above or below it (usually below) will just be black either that or it will be extremely laggy to the point of being completely unusable. It always gets worse after I restart the computer.
I've tried updating my graphics card which seems to fix it if after i restart i leave the computer in sleep mode for a few hours. That'll fix it for about a week before it happens again. and im noticing the number of hours needed to fix it is getting longer each time. Does anyone know what this is? Every time I bring it to geek squad, the issue fixes itself only to immediately break again as soon as i get home.
I have also tried this on another monitor, which seems to work mostly with just some random flickering off of both screens.
also the tempurature of my room seems to affect it. The most consistent fix I have found is having my space heater on for a bit before trying the computer
I need to know ASAP what this is too. I need a working computer in 3 days so if this is something like my graphics card killing itself or an instance where I need to get a new PC, i need to know.

I have an image and a video of this on this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/computerrepair/comments/1t2oaa9/weird_horizontal_bars_and_things_on_laptop/
