I've tried everything I could find on this, so don't tell me to try restarting my router. I've noticed it does this whenever there's not much going on. Like if I were in a VRChat world with 30+ people it runs buttery smooth, but the second I join a world with less than 10, it tweaks.

And it's very bad. Very very bad. I could go from 27 to 3000 in a split second.
