For Context, I work in the medical field and in January, one of our 3rd shifters retired causing me to be the only 3rd shifter. So basically from January to May, I was averaging 50-60 hour work weeks,Now we finally have someone to fill the position, and im seeing myself go back to my old normal schedule..I feel almost anxious or worried I won't know what to do with the extra time I have off as this semester of uni is coming to a close as well so I will have almost nothing to do other than be home.
