I have a 1200 sqft plot near Vidyanagar cross. It has multiple houses in that layout already constructed. It's nearby svce and Jayaprakash Narayan sports complex. Catch is it's B khata so temporary electricity and borewell ..but around 20+ houses exist. I own a self funded apartment without loan which I got possession. Wondering to build house there or buy these expensive apartment.
