Which would you consider more rare/desirable special backgrounds or location backgrounds? Which do you like the look of more?

Fairly new to Max battles as I’m returning from a break.

Was wondering if crowned Zacian is good in Max battles and if it’s worth upgrading any of these moves?

I also have a Gigantamax Gengar and Charizard from the recent event, would it be worth upgrading those instead?
