My cycles are typically pretty regular, 30-33 days. Oura has been very spot on with my ovulation. I had a lot of stressors happen in April/ may and I have never seen this. For context I believe I ovulated April 26th as days later my LH tests were getting lighter. Sex on April 27th. I had surgery May 1st. I have had a negative pregnancy test for the last 5 days! I’m wondering if I didn’t truly ovulate until later. My RHR has been elevated for over a week and my readiness is all over the place. My app just told me today that my heart rate has gone up 5bpm over the last week as well.
