I would like to hear from other parents how or what do you do to help your child manage their screen time. I know that this is the era they’re growing up in. With school and their development I feel there are ways to balance it all that I haven’t heard about since; I’m super busy with work and balancing it all. I have a 9 and 11 year old. All and any suggestions or ways that work for you are welcome and thank you in advance.

So many health problems that develop later in life could be moderated if we only knew we were the carriers for them. And we can prep our entire being.
