Not sure if I’m being neurotic about this, but I’m bummed that it’s damaged and checking in to see if this is normal. I just got it yesterday and already took it home, so I’m not even sure I could return it if I wanted to.
I know lugs are commonly scraped, and I might do it myself trying to get a new strap on, but I assumed a professional would do a better job. Would you try and return it, or is it not worth it now that I’ve already brought it home?
