Uber support is horrendous
Driver picked up the wrong order and refused to go back to pick up the right one, and just marked it as delivered.
Trying to get in contact with support is the worst, they just send you in circles and tell you to contact the driver, who obviously won't fix the issue. When you go to the website they say there's 24 hour phone but they only have webchat that don't help.
They say they only deal with live orders and busy disconnect you. They say they're sending it to another team but they've completely ignored me. Well past the 6-12 hours they say. Then the chat refuses to escalate it any further. They refuse to raise any complaints or give any actual information. I've been round in circles and circles with them and no luck. The staff don't even give straight answers to any yes or no question. They just dance around whatever you ask.
The increase of dodgy drivers as well is a concern. My order previously had somebody try and scam me by trying to get me to cancel my order after they had picked it up. Many of them don't even look like their photos or turn up in completely different vehicles.
My trust has completely been shattered for them to correct any of their mistakes. I've cancelled my uber one and recommend anyone else to just use any of the other delivery services. It's not worth using uber if they're not going help if there's any issues.
