i had several counseling po 3 years ago but i stopped around that year din which i did not really mind, pero new problems surfaced that it affected my studies - sunod sunod na im failing my classes. im supposed to graduate this may but bc of my mental state na delay po ako for one year :( i had my first psychiatrist session last week tapos i was prescribed an ssri right away which is making me anxious, kasi nakalimutan ko na po kung ano yung pinagsasabe ko nung session na yun at baka it’s not that deep hahaha! i bought the meds tho, kaso ayaw kong i take kasi nga what if it’s not that deeep ???
