Are you guys double sleeving $60 pre-cons?
I’m brand-new to magic the gathering, been playing for about a month now. I have the Explorers of the Deep precon.
I read that in order to best protect your cards, you should be double-sleeving them. Thus, I bought some dragon-shield perfect fit inners and matte standard sleeves, and got to work.
I found out the hard way 100 double-sleeved cards simply aren’t going to fit in the mage-tech commander lite box. In hindsight, the description on their site is pretty clear about that. My bad.
Should I buy a larger deck-box to accommodate, or am I going overboard here?
EDIT: Seems the general consensus is that for a cheaper deck like mine, double sleeving is a bit excessive. If I spill a drink, I’ll deal with the consequences.
