Looking for some honest input from people familiar with the used Powerwall market.

I have:
• Tesla Powerwall 2
• Tesla Backup Gateway 2
• Manufactured late 2022
• Removed from service fully operational
• Stored indoors, climate controlled
• Includes mounting bracket

I’ve gotten wildly different opinions on value. Some people are only offering liquidation/salvage pricing, while others are telling me a late-2022 operational unit with Gateway still holds very solid value.

I’m not trying to squeeze every last dollar out of it, but I also don’t want to give it away for salvage pricing either.

In your opinion:
• What’s a fair private-party sale price for both buyer and seller?
• What would YOU personally pay for this setup?
• How much does the lack of clarity on the transferable Tesla warranty realistically affect value in today’s market? I’ve seen other reports saying the warranty will still be good.

Just looking for honest feedback from people who actually know these systems.

I recently changed the backup power setup at my home and no longer need my Tesla Powerwall system. The unit was removed from service while fully operational and has been stored indoors since de-installation.

Details:
• Tesla Powerwall 2+
• Tesla Backup Gateway 2 included
• Manufacture date: November 2022
• System was operating properly prior to removal
• Charged/discharged normally with no known issues
• Stored indoors in climate-controlled conditions
• Used primarily for backup power, not heavy daily cycling

The system was originally installed for home backup purposes and performed great. I decided to move in a different direction with my energy setup, so I’m letting this one go.

I can provide:
• Serial/part numbers
• Additional photos
• Pickup details

Located in Katy, Texas. Local pickup preferred due to weight, but I may consider freight shipping at buyer’s expense.

Curious what kind of daily/weekly schedule other independent agents under IMOs are running that’s actually working consistently. Mainly looking for insight from agents doing mortgage protection, final expense, IULs, etc.

Questions like:
What time do you start dialing?
How many dial rounds are you doing daily?
What times have you found people answer most?
Do you work weekends?
What does a “locked in” week look like for you?

Would especially love hearing from agents doing mostly warm/aged leads and working independently under an IMO model.
Trying to learn from people already getting results instead of reinventing the wheel.
