DoorDash just charged me for “other orders placed on the same day” that literally do not exist.

My actual order total was $17.68, but then the app says I was charged $27.67 for “this and other orders placed on the same day.”
Problem is I DIDN’T place any other orders.

I contacted support and they straight up never responded. No explanation, no breakdown of charges, nothing. Just automated messages and silence. So they can randomly charge extra money, claim there were other orders, then completely ignore you when you ask where the charge came from?

Has this happened to anyone else ?

P.S my card is literally in debt now
