Need help with MSI Cyborg 15 B2RWEKG – RTX 5050 not detected
I bought an MSI Cyborg 15 B2RWEKG in January, and this model is supposed to come with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU (8GB).
But on my laptop, Windows only shows Intel(R) Graphics.
In Device Manager → Display Adapters, only Intel Graphics is listed. No NVIDIA GPU appears at all.
I also tried installing the official NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready Driver, but the installer shows: “No NVIDIA GPU is detected on your system. This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware.”
I checked BIOS as well, but there’s no clear GPU switch option there.
Model shown on system and sticker confirms it is Cyborg 15 B2RWEKG.
Has anyone faced this issue before?
Is this a driver/BIOS problem or likely a hardware issue that needs warranty service?
Would really appreciate any advice before I visit service center.
