I got accepted, I think? But I've never had a single project. Does location matter?

Awhile back I applied for a posting I saw on indeed from this company, about training AI.

It was months ago that I took the first test. I got an email the other day however that stated I am qualified to take a new qualification. I completed it the same day. I think it's been around 6-8 months since I first applied.

On the homepage it doesn't tell me that projects are "unavailable" to me specifically or anything either, it just says there are none available and that I'll be notified when there are.

So.. it's gonna be a loong time for me, it's looking like.

I am wondering if location matters, though. I live in the US, in Louisiana, and we are not known for technological developments. It's quite the opposite. Perhaps that is the cause?

Y'all I'm so aggravated. I'm someone who actually can drive, but I forgot to do all the little things like flip my hazards on and honking twice when reversing(something my DSP doesn't even want us to do btw..). I don't know why but I found it embarrassing. Plus the test felt so unrealistic. My trainer kept rushing me because she said she had other trainees to grade, meanwhile I was trying to make sure I understood all the controls in the van so I knew what I was doing while driving. She kept rushing me during the inspection part too, while I was trying to make sure I was actually reading so I didn't miss anything. It was the EV, and I was really struggling to remember to not take my foot off the pedal, too, so I had a couple hard brakes. It was so embarrassing.

She claimed I ran a red light and was following other cars too closely; I don't remember running any red lights, but there was a light that turned yellow as I was going under it? I've never ran a red light in my life so idk how I missed that. I also don't remember being too close to any cars; like I stopped at a red light behind a white car and she claimed that all they had to do was "back up" into me and I would be in an accident, so I was too close. But like, at that point, it wouldn't be my fault if they backed into me? What the fuck?

She kept telling me to speed up because I was "impeding" traffic by going too slow, but I couldn't get the pedal thing figured out at first so I was going a little slower to get a "feel" of it. They don't do any practice test before the driving test, so it was my first time in a van ever. Not to mention the streets we kept going on? The speed limit signs were not always immediately visible, and they were changing constantly from like 20mph to 35mph. This is in a big city, while I live in the country, and I am used to rural roads, where my dsp will have me deliver... so like yeah I'm not used to driving in the city? Though I will if I have too, and have driven long distances in cities safely before.

I was so nervous because I didn't know what to expect, either. We both understood it was my nerves, but she definitely didn't help. Idk man. Shit sucks.
