As the title suggests, running into an issue here and I think I have isolated it to my motherboard and unsure what to do. My current new pc build has this MSI motherboard paired with a 9070xt and 98003D cpu. Last week everything seemed to be working fine but for some reason today I am getting 1gb download and only 2-3mbps upload. Other devices on my internet are getting symmetrical speeds, laptop gets 850 upload but for some reason this pc is stuck at 2-3mbps....

I've reinstalled drivers, uninstalled MSI center as I've heard it can cause issues. I've played around in wifi properties disabling/re-enabling some settings like ipv4 or ipv6 etc but after every test I'm still stuck at 2-3 mbps. Not sure what changed from last week to this week? Anyone have any ideas?

As the title suggests, I am getting jitters/rubber banding randomly in CS2 in my new AMD build. It's worse in competitive matches, and I see this issue sometimes in league of legends but not in call of duty warzone.

You can see the jitters in the top right corner of the video. I currently have a 9070xt and 98003D and have a few settings turned on in the AMD software: Adrenaline Edition: Fluid Motion Frams, AMD FSR Upscaling and Radeon Anti-Lag. Turning these on/off don't change anything. The computer is fairly close to the router and I am having no issues on other devices. I have my memory speed maxed out at 6000 MT/s.

Is there any setting I may have accidentally turned on in my BIOS? my mother board is the MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI. Or maybe there is a setting I can turn on in AMD that could help? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am still fairly new to PC building so apologies if I don't know every term suggested.
