Shes 3 and spayed. I did change to a closed top litterbox but took the door off a few months ago and ive been experimenting with litter types. She is waking me up at least once a night scratching like CRAZY in there. She doesnt seem to be trying to use the litterbox over and over like a uti or something just digging like crazy and super fast! I have so much litter in there and clean it out frequently. I'm not sure what to do. Everything is normal and nothing has changed other than her seeming to be playing in there

Basically I am wondering if I should wait for my gyno appointment or go to urgent care or my local doc this week. I dont want birth control if it can mess up my labs at the gyno so idk what they can do for me but I'm concerned

I have been bleeding for 2 months straight now. It was light or just bleeding enough I had to have a pad on. These past two weeks its like I'm having a real period? Pmsing real bad all they symptoms and my bleeding has been heavy these two weeks or at least heavy for me, I never bleed heavy anyway. Ive been passing clots a couple times a day for like a week about the size of a quarter sometimes. I have an appointment in a month but I'm worried that I'll be loosing too much blood if things dont ease up.

For backstory I have never had a normal period since I was 14. I had year long bleeding once, had a year without a period, ive been on and off birth control and that did help or stop my period. I went to they gyno last year after months of spotting or bleeding everyday. She told me basically that I needed to go on a strict diet and that she didnt think I was ovulating and that structurally I looked normal when she did a ultrasound and pap. I was fat ik and ive lost 25 pounds and things arent better if not worse because its heavy now. She didnt seem to care that I have never had a normal period on my own and wanted to blame my weight for my problems now. She gave me a pill to "restart" my period. Worse cramps for a week and bleeding, then nothing until 2 months ago and its bad. I also have hypothyroidism and haven't been medicated for it in a long time plus on medications for bipolar disorder
