I’m just screaming into the void at this point. I’m laying in bed, sweaty, smelly, no clean clothes, house in disarray, absolutely rock bottom. Can’t get out of it this time. I’m just taking edibles to try to survive. Anyone else?

I’m older, bad depressive episode that just won’t let up for about half a year. It usually doesn’t last this long. Something’s shifted and I’m afraid. I’ve been suicidal many years ago, put in hospital, but I’ve been mainly okay with depressive episodes not lasting this long. Hormones? Maybe. Nothing is working. I lay here in a filthy bedroom paralyzed by depression.
