When I rewatched Marlow's handcam video, I realised how high his/her sens is. Is it possible to have that smooth of an aim with such a high sens?

I like playing controllers and I main Miks, Clove and Omen. I play each one depending on the map. Should I stick to these three? Is it too many agents, or too few? Should I play another role, or stick to this role?
