Random lump/ multiple white specks in mouth.

24 female 5”9 190lbs no medical issues daily cannabis smoker. Just noticed this today. This lump and multiple white specks (tonsil stones? I don’t know what it is) in both sides of mouth. What is this? I’m going to the doctor tomorrow but I am scared
