I (20 M) moved to a different city and state a few months ago. I live alone now and far from my family. I have a pretty solid friend group in college but I really wanna explore more of the social scene here where I’m living. I currently can’t participate in groups activities and stuff so I thought about downloading hinge (which seems less crazy than the other famous app lol ). Now the big issue is that 1: I’m deathly afraid of love ; 2: I’m really grounded and know that these apps are mostly for the good looking and photogenic people; 3: I have problems with my sexuality lol. I only 2 people know that I’m gay and that’s it. I’m afraid that somehow my friends and family, even though they are in a far and different state tan me , might see this and start speculating. Anyway , I’m kinda desperate and just wanna se what this new chapter of my life has to offer , all advice is welcome and appreciated!
