Do you guys still take preworkout ... I usually take oxyshred every am on empty stomach and again before workout.

I AM ENDING MY SECOND SEMESTER WITH A 4.0! Maternity & Pediatric as well as Pharm! it was ROUGH.... so very rough. There was a point in the semester I thought I was going to be scraping by. But I was able to pull through and land on top. Thank you Jesus!
