I’ve only been with the company for less than a year, what are considered final write ups etc and what is considered a fireable offense?

Any other SLs or CSAs deal with constant drama/toxicity at work? I genuinely like my job and try to keep things running smoothly, but it feels like there’s always gossip, negativity, or people trying to create issues for no reason.

How do you guys handle it without letting it ruin your shift or burn you out? Especially when you’re expected to stay professional while also basically holding the store together lol.
