Is a person necessarily a withdrawn type if interacting with things outside my head is optional to them? (But they still try to constantly do it to get out of their comfort zone and improve themself)

What Dom Instinct/Instinctual Stacking is This?✨

If the person in the present moment focuses on Sp stuff like monitoring their comfort/safety/routines/alone time and making sure so or sx schedules don’t affects these things, while internally and mentally they focus and fantasise more on So or Sx stuff which is where their mental focus is, stuff like their identity, role, roles of other people, dynamics, favourite people, attraction, etc. yet behaviourally they can’t help but prioritise Sp stuff mentioned above at the end of the day?

Would this be Sp dom?

Like say a person who is E2 core and who does have the pride factor as usual, is also dependable, reliable, emotionally calm on the outside, adaptable, and open-minded?✨maybe even peaceful?
